RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Withdrawal information
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
If several goods ordered as part of one order are delivered separately, the period begins when you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by letter or e-mail:

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function available on our website.
If you use the online withdrawal function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement by e-mail containing the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.
Alternatively, you may use our model withdrawal form, which is also available as a PDF download. Use of the model form is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
Additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than our least expensive standard delivery will not be reimbursed.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
Return of goods
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Goods, particularly artworks, which due to their nature, size or weight cannot normally be returned by post may incur special return transport costs.
Before the order is concluded, you will be informed of the expected direct return costs or the required maximum estimate according to the characteristics of the respective work.
Diminished value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to contracts for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
This may apply in particular to individually commissioned artworks or artworks produced according to customer specifications.
The purchase of an existing original artwork or an already produced work is not excluded from the right of withdrawal merely because it is unique.
